HURON BPA STATE 2010 WINNERS! - 25 STUDENTS QUALIFY FOR NATIONALS

Awesome! Huron’s Business Professionals of America chapter returned from
the annual 2010 BPA State Leadership Conference, March 18-21 held in Grand
Rapids, Michigan taking away many of its first place wins. Huron student’s brought home
a total of 44 awards, 20 of which were first places!

This past weekend five staff members –Diane Stocker-Bendersky, Christy Garrett,
Scott Hunter, Dorothea Bryant, and student teacher Jonathan Cook—took 41 Huron students
to the BPA State Conference - 25 students came back home State Winners! A total of 44
Awards were given – 24 Huron students qualify for Nationals to be held in Anaheim,
California May 5-9, 2010.

Karen Eisley, Chapter Advisor was recognized for her 25 years of dedication and service to the BPA Organization. Scott Hunter was recognized for 10 years of service and dedication.
