Facility usage for school club/organization meetings, 8th Hour and 3:30 PM on weekdays
If your club wants to meet in one of our facilities (ex: media center, cafeteria, small auditorium, Meyer auditorium, etc.)
You can either email hur_rentals@aaps.k12.mi.us beforehand to check availability or go directly and get a request form from the Finance Office and visit the Finance Assistant for assistance.
**If your school club/organizaiton wants to meet in one of our facilities on either Saturday or Sunday, there will be no charge for the room rental, however, you will still be subject to the Energy Surcharge Fee.
Fill it out accordingly. (TIP: Alongside the contact phone number, you can also include an email address that the representative can be contacted by in case of booking issues.)
Turn the form into the Finance Office.
The staff representative of the club/organization (or the organization/office) will receive a copy of the approved request form in their mailbox.
