Rentals The finance office is in charge of all rental of school facilities after 7th Hour and on the weekends. These rentals include those made by school clubs or organizations, alongside outside organizations.
Facility usage for school club/organization meetings, 8th Hour and after 3:30 PM on weekdays
If your club wants to meet in one of our facilities (ex: media center, cafeteria, small auditorium, Meyer auditorium, etc.)
You can either email hur_rentals@aaps.k12.mi.us beforehand to check availability or go directly and get a request form from the Finance Office and visit the Finance Assistant for assistance.
Facility usage for non-AAPS organizations on weekends/school breaks
If your club wants to meet in one of our facilities (ex: media center, cafeteria, small auditorium, Meyer auditorium, etc.)
Contact the Finance Office by phone at (734) 994-2073, Ms. Connie Goodman at goodman@aaps.k12.mi.us, or the Finance Assistant directly at hur_rentals@aaps.k12.mi.us to check date and time availability and to discuss further event specifications, so that a contract can be composed.
