Volunteers Needed

Please indicate how your family will help this year.

  Concert Receptions
Help needed to organize "afterglow" receptions, and clean up. Concerts occur throughout the year, mostly in December and May.
  Picnic Pops
In May, all bands participate in this picnic fundraiser on the Pioneer High lawn.
  Music Awards Banquet
End-of-year banquet in Huron cafeteria before the music groups hold their awards ceremonies.
  Fund Raising
Help organize fund raising activities.
  Other HMA Help
We need some volunteers willing to be called upon as other things come up throughout the year.
  Uniform Distribution Fall
Concert & Symphony bands: help distribute uniforms in the August for marching band and later for concert uniforms.
  Uniform Collection in Spring
Concert & Symphony bands: Help collect uniforms in the spring.
