The Huron Chess Team of Nate Bromberg, Chinthaka Amarasinghe, Bryan Li, and Mikhail Wise finished as the 2nd place team in the state of Michigan. 

Reserve division teams finished in 5th and 7th places.  In addition, individual Huron Chess Club students achieved a school record eight medals:

Bryan Li (Silver),
Lanxin Liu (Bronze),
Connor McGuckin (Bronze), 
Ryan Wang (Bronze),
Mikhail Wise (Bronze),
Douglas Yang (Gold), and
Jonathan Zhu (Silver).
