The introduction of the new AAPS Professional Development eRegistration
System marks a major transition in our organization’s approach to Professional
Learning for all staff.
The goals being:
• Staff learning that is directly linked to increasing student performance
• Continual improvement of practice, knowledge & work skills
• PD activities driven by the learning needs of the staff
• A desire to increase staff productivity by more efficient use of job-embedded
learning
• A quality assurance process for monitoring PD quality, staff feedback
& participation
Bringing the entire staff to a level of comfort and understanding in
using the new system is a process that will take place over time.
