Transcript Request Process for Classes of 2008 or Earlier

1.   Complete a Records and Test Score Release Form to authorize the release of student records and/or test scores to colleges, universities, scholarship programs, other institutions, and prospective employers or persons.  A parent or guardian must authorize the release if the student is under 18 years. NOTES: The Records Office automatically submits a copy of a student’s transcript with each of the college applications that the school is asked to complete.   Consent to release the transcript is implied in this process.  Mid-year reports are available during February.  In addition to grades, all test scores (SAT, ACT, etc.) for tests a student has taken at Huron High School appear on a transcript. 

2.   Complete a Transcript Request Form (word doc)for each and write a check to cover the $2 transcript fee per request. (Make the check out to Ann Arbor Huron High School.) 

3.   Prepare self-addressed envelopes (with typed addresses) for each office the transcript is to be sent to, with at least two US postal stamps adhered to each envelope. 

4.   Mail (or drop-off) the completed forms and fees to:

Parent/Guardian Authorization of Transcripts

If you are under 18 years of age, your parent or guardian must submit a written request to the records office in order to receive a copy of your transcript or to authorize a copy sent to someone else.

Automatic Records Release
The records office automatically submits a copy of your transcript with each of your college applications. For college applications that you ask the school to complete, you imply your consent to release the transcript.
