| Federal law requires school districts to notify parents and guardians yearly of their right to review their student's education records. Under the provision of the Michigan's Freedom of Information Act (Act No. 442 of the Public Acts of 1976,) district-wide results from the Michigan Educational Assessment Program (MEAP) will be supplied to any individual who requests it. |
